SOFT & MEDIUM weights are good for side and stomach sleepers.
FIRM weight is good for people who like good support and elevation while sleeping.
These pillows maintain their loft. Wool has good elastic recovery giving it a springiness that keeps the wool pillow soft at all times without shaking it.
